Sweetgrass Hopper Fly

This is a fishy bug that ALWAYS floats upright. Such an important factor that is hard to understand until you get to fish this fly. We love this pattern as it makes a great summer stonefly as well as a grasshopper. It’s a go to fly for us and carries a dropper nymph quite well too.
