Built in collaboration with Bker Germany, the Aftco Flex Fillet Knives are designed to take on game fish processing of all sizes. A 4116 German stainless tool steel blade with full tang construction with a sweeping design, perfect for filleting. An Aftco gold TIN finish is bonded to the blade with a PVD treatment process to provide corrosion resistance, while a sub-zero quench process is used to maintain blade sharpness and edge retention. An over-molded polypropylene handle with TPR surface provides for a slip-free grip, while its anatomically and ergonomically correct handle shape gives it great comfort.
