Growing up fishing with cane, we have always had a high regard for the craft, its history and the dedicated makers. We are proud to encourage the continuation of this traditional craft by offering hands-on rodbuilding classes. Since 1998 we have been able to introduce the craft 12-16 students annually. We are pleased to see past students continuing to build professionally and as serious hobbyists.

Soon after launching our cane flyrod business, we began to make available Wagner Planing Forms to other builders, filling a void in the market for a high quality, precision tool. Since then we have expanded our product base and now carry a complete line of cane rodbuilding tools, components and supplies – products we endorse and use in crafting our own rods. We continue to design and add new tools to our product line for interested builders.
